 2. Are there any hidden charges with my rental from Country Club Tents?

No, every charge is given to you up front. When renting from Country Club Tents, you get the  confidence and peace-of-mind to know exactly what you are paying, before we begin.

 3. Does my tent come with sidewalls?

Sidewalls can be provided for a small additional charge. Sidewalls can be added to any tent in CCT's inventory. The ability to add sidewalls to 1, 2, 3 or all 4 sides of your tent gives you great flexibility and allows early spring as well as late fall events.

4. When do you set up for weddings?

If the wedding is on private property, we typically set up on the Friday or sometimes the Thursday before the event (assuming the event is on a Saturday). This gives you extra time to do any final decorations or other preparation for your big event. Also, removes one additional item of stress from your busy wedding day. There is no extra charge for this early set up. If the wedding is held at a public park or other public area, we work within the guidelines allowed by the park and your needs.

 5. What surfaces can you put up a tent on?

We can erect your tent on any surface. We can install tents on grass, asphalt, brick and other surfaces. The type of tent dictates whether the tent must be staked or we can use weights. We can install tents that require staking on asphalt, but drilling is required (we patch the holes after the event). Frame tents with weights are the only option if drilling for stakes is not allowed.

 6. How much room do you need to set-up the tent?

The area needed to properly set-up a tent is ten feet more than both the length and the width of the size of the tent. For example: if you order a 20x40 tent, the proper area needed is 30’x50’. The stakes for the tent are approximately five feet away from the tent on all sides. In addition, the area where the tent will be installed should be free of large trees or other obstructions.

 7. How far do you travel outside the Kansas City metro area?

We service a wide area around the Kansas City metro. Typically, we can deliver tents up to 150 miles or more. There is a small delivery fee for delivery outside the Kansas City metro area. This covers the cost of our crew to travel to your event site for set up and back to KC, then the crew to return to the event site for teardown and back to KC. Also, the delivery fee covers the cost of our gas. There is no delivery fee for events within the Kansas City metro area.

8. How can I determine what size tent I need?

Please see our seating guide to help give you a general idea of the size of tent you need. This is a general guide that should be used to get a basic idea of the tent size you need. You will probably need to factor in the types of activities you would like at your event. For example, if you would like a dance floor under the tent, you will need a little bigger tent. Other activities typically under the tent include a buffet table, cake table, gift table, stage for wedding party, DJ and many more activities.

9. How can I determine how much the tent will cost?

We would be happy to e-mail you a price quote. We need some basic information about your event, such as the number of guests, date and location. Also, please provide any additional information about your event that will help us give you a more detailed repsonse. We would be happy to visit your event site and provide a free site visit and evaluation. This will help ensure that there are no obstructions and the tent you are considering will fit into the area you plan to use.
